Encoder - Decoder Tools
Encoder-decoder tools are software programs or online services that are used to convert between different types of text encoding. ASCII and ANSI are two commonly used text encodings.
ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) is a character encoding standard that represents 128 different characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols, using 7 bits of data. ASCII is a widely used encoding standard for computers, and it is often used for storing and transmitting text-based data.
ANSI (American National Standards Institute) is a more advanced character encoding standard that includes additional characters beyond the ASCII set. ANSI encodings are often used to represent characters in languages other than English, as well as special characters and symbols.
Encoder-decoder tools can be used to convert text that is encoded in one standard, such as ASCII, to another standard, such as ANSI, or vice versa. These tools are often used when working with text data that has been stored or transmitted using different encoding standards, or when working with text data from different parts of the world that use different encoding standards.
